1.) Certain brands are not included in the VIP promotion. See sales associate for complete details.

2.) You must be a VIP member to participate.

3.) You must present your VIP card for each purchase to automatically get credit toward your free bag.

4.) You must buy 10 bags or cases of the SAME BRAND of dog or cat food from Pet Supermarket within any consecutive 14 month period to receive a voucher for a free bag or case of cans of the same brand. Purchases older then 14 months will automatically be disqualified.

5.) You may elect to keep your dog food purchases separate from your cat food purchases or combine them. You may choose to keep your canned food purchases separate from your dry food purchases as well. (Redemption will be at the smallest product by weight purchase within the same brand).

6.) Trial size bags, individual cans/flavors, biscuits, and treats do not qualify.

7.) Free bag will be awarded approximately 30 days after your 10th bag purchase in the form of a mailed post card for the same brand and the smallest product by weight purchase, redeemable at any Pet Supermarket location.

8.) All sales tax is the responsibility of the customer.

9.) The VIP member is responsible for notifying Pet Supermarket of any change in address.

10.) Returns on food purchases will be deducted from those specific purchases applied to your VIP card.

11.) Free food vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.

12.) Free food vouchers have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

13.) Free bag or case does not count towards 10 bag purchase requirement.

14.) Pet Supermarket reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue this program at any time.

15.) VIP accounts can be viewed online @ www.petsupermarket.com Member must register on the website.
