Good product
I like the ease of use of these disposable litter boxes ! However , because of the high cost and having multiple cats , I have some of the scoop free litter boxes with the permanent tray to save money . I have been using them for years and they are very convenient !

Quality is really down! If I can I’ll give no star
I’m a long time customer buying these boxes for 10 years now. The quality of the crystals are getting worse and worse. First the amount of the crystals in the bags are considerably less than it used to be. Then recently they are so fine almost like sand that they don’t absorb much and can’t be easily scooped by the machine. I’m very disappointed and consider alternatives as they are so expensive and unreliable. I understand for keeping the cost “low” you stopped printing anything on the boxes, you deliver them totally white, but please stop lowering the amount and quality of the product.

Smells after a week
We only have one cat and it’s been a week and the litter box stinks bad. We smell it and it says u can use the tray up to a month and it’s been a week. It’s gross.

I won’t use any other cat litter or box.
I have two pet safe electronic cat boxes, I have two cats. I have one box upstairs and one box downstairs, And you cannot smell the litter! I love when people come to my house they don’t even know I have a cat or cats I should say because they can’t smell the litter! I change the boxes each week or sometimes I can stretch it out two weeks And cats don’t get the clumps stuck in their feet, They don’t track the litter all around, did I mention you can’t smell the cat litter? I’ve had cats all of my life and every cat litter you can smell even if it’s clean, but this one not at all I will continue using this. I have purchased four electronic litter boxes in the past 15 years and I will always always always By the pet safe products

In a 5-cat household, this is extremely expensive, but the cats like it. I have two boxes, one at each end of the house. When the count reaches 10 and 20, the solids are scooped out. When it reaches 30 to 40, I empty the disposable box and refill it with the bagged crystals and repeat the process again. Then the entire box is replaced and the process is repeated. Costs are rising, and Pet Supermarket has the best price I've found -- WITH coupons and with utilizing cashback sites. I am seriously considering going back to clay just because of the expense. ... I also recommend putting something down to keep the crystals from traveling around the house; stepping on them is murderous on the feet.

I love my cat....must decide on $$ for convenience
I was really hoping one tray would last 2 weeks in a one cat household....it doesn't (if you love your cat). Zoe did something she never did before....pooped outside the box to let me know it was unacceptable. I have a bag of the blue crystal litter, so I got a 13 gal. trash bag and emptied the cardboard box, wiped it with paper towels, and refilled it with fresh litter. Got another six days, but was it worth the effort to try and save some money? Probably not. The box got very soft and I was afraid the bottom would crumble and spill. So, another box left. I will make a decision soon on reordering the expensive 3 pack and continue with this system or go back to my Pet Safe Litter Box with the pee pad catcher on the bottom. The pack of 10 disposal pads is reasonable.

So much better than scooping!
Have used this system for a few months now and the only problem is when my baby has diarrhea. Then you have to clean a little more. Otherwise it has no smell and no scooping!!!
