The top section doesn't click into the base. So, cats strolling by and bumping it causes the top to fall over, spilling food all over.
I then tried to return it, but I had bought it 42 days ago. PetSupermarket's return period is only 30 days, which I didn't realize until I was at the counter. Then the salesclerks gave me a snarly attitude, despite that I had a receipt and had politely asked if I could return it.
Do not buy this without immediately testing it out.
