My chihuahuas LOVE it!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 Chihuahuas have spoken! They absolutely love the size and taste of this Royal Canin x-small dog food. I started mixing it in with their normal dry dog food and they pick out these kibbles and leave their regular food behind. I love that it's formulated for their size and good digestion. The extra small pieces are so great especially for my Nigel as he only has 4 teeth. These are great for him. They will be getting this great dog food from now on. If they love it, then I want them to have it. So happy to have found a great nutrional food in a tiny kibble.

Great food for small and older dogs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a shorkie who is a little over 8 years old and she loves this food. She has some teeth and gum issues and needs soft and small foods. This dog food mixed with her wet dog food makes the perfect combination. The small bites makes it very easy for her to chew. We used Royal canine for our bulldogs and now we are using this food for her. We trust the brand and our dogs love it!

Even my cats wanted to eat this food. The morsals look moist and easy to chew. My little dog had no issues devouring the small morsals and enjoyed the flavor so much. It's his new favorite! This food didn't have any unpleasant smell and didn't cause my dog any issues. It has been much better than his usual brand.

Too many ingredients
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all there's way too many ingredients such as corn meal, thought this was going to be a cleaner product for my dogs. It has also made 1 of my dogs constipated. I have two, 4 pound Maltese poodles, 1 did fine with this and the other not so much. They both prefer the other brand they normally eat over this 1 though.
I did appreciate the size of the little pebbles though, so I didn't have to worry about them choking. There's absolutely no color, it's just a tannish color round pebble food.
Comes in a small 4lb, resealable bag. Best of luck to everyone else who tries this, I hope your dog likes it more than mine did.

Bite size for little fur babies

The bite size pieces are perfect for him and his small teeth. He doesn't have to crunch down like some other brands. It keeps him at a healthy weight and his fur coat also looks really great.

My Chihuahuas loves it!

We like the Royal Canin brand and this was another great product by them. Our furr-babies have no issues with chewing, digesting and has been doing great on it. No skin irritation or anything so far after a couple weeks. Definitely recommend & will continue to purchase more in replace of our other.

Great size, tolerated well!

I need small bites for two of them that are lacking a full mouth of teeth (and their small mouths) and something friendly for digestion for my sensitive stomached dog. This has worked great for all 3. They devour it without hesitation and it has caused no digestive issues. I also value a food keeping their stools compact and this fits the bill. I’m very pleased!

Perfect for small pets

Love the size of the pieces.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All my pets are 10 pounds or less, so these little food pieces are perfect for their small mouths. Since most animal won’t drink enough water to compensate for a totally dry food diet, I frequently add broth or water to make the food into a stew-like meal. They love it, and it makes the hard food pieces easier to chew.
The ingredients, however, could be improved. This is no real meat in this food. Chicken by-product meal is made from all the parts of an animal that normally aren’t eaten by us people: necks, feet, eggs, and intestines. It’s ground and then fed to animals. The only tiny bits of meat are whatever is between all the little neck bones.
That being said, I don’t feed my pets exclusively dry food because I know they need real food for a rounded, healthy diet. This is okay as one part of their daily intake, but I wouldn’t feed it as their sole form of nutrition even though it has a ton of vitamins added to it.

She is sometimes finicky about her food and it said it was also palatable. She seems to like it and it is easy for her to pick up and chew.
