Clean the fabric and frame with mild household soap, warm water and wipe dry. The comfort pad is machine washable. For squeaky or difficult to turn wheels, apply light household oil e.g. WD-40, 3-in-1 or sewing machine oil. And don’t forget to regularly check your stroller for loose or missing parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ready to roll with this well-made stroller I bought this stroller for my elderly dog, a 17 lb. Bichon. While he is less than 25 lbs., he was too tall for the smaller strollers if I wanted to keep the screen zipped. The wheels are good with an easy pedal breaking system. The caddy on top and zipped up compartment underneath are nice for things you might bring on a walk. I put a small padded rug inside to make it a more comfortable ride for my dog. He seems to love it. Assembly was super easy, too.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great stroller if the wheels worked properly We bought this a month ago for our dog to recover from foot surgery. We were advised that he needed to stay off his feet for a couple weeks. We have wheeled him around the house in this stroller and it works pretty well for the most part. The reason for the 2 is the wheel design. I do not know who designed them but there is a serious flaw in the locking system. We received the stroller assembled (wish we hadn't) and upon getting to the car a wheel fell off. I looked and saw the wheel lock was not catching. I eventually got it locked and that was it. Since then it has continuously come off and never matched the other side when in a locking position. The other side has popped off as well. The stroller did not come with assembly directions but I would say I am dissappointed with the price of the stroller and the result of the design. It has been just over 30 days so a return is apparently out of the question. Would rate it a 5 if the wheel was not such a huge issue but since it is useless with wheel issues it's a 2.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Dog Loves His Stroller Took my fur baby to the mall in this stroller and it was so easy to maneuver. He loves riding in it and several people stopped and asked where I purchased. He felt secure and I kept him zipped in. Nice storage underneath for packages. Also helpful with getting him to the grass so he doesn’t have to walk on hot pavement.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Company I purchased a jogger stroller online to be picked up at my local store. Upon leaving the wheel fell off and the manager stated it was just missing a screw. Clearly I didn’t have a screw to fix it so I asked for a refund. I have been waiting for my refund since March 2023. I have called the store and customer service around 5-6 times. I received an email that the money would be refunded as of today I still have not received anything and I checked with my bank just to verify.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it if the wheels stay on! I have had the stroller for a couple of weeks and one of the wheels already fell off once. Having said that it is spacious, comfortable, and drives smooth. If the wheels stay on I would definitely increase the rating to a 4/5

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Yorkeypoo loves this stroller Got it today. Took maybe 15 minutes to put together. It was so simple. I was amazed at the ease it went over rocks on the road and sidewalks. Hand grips are so comfortable. At a slight angle. Love all the places to put items and they are enclosed so not viewable to others. Walked a mile for the first outing. This will come in so handy going to parks and open areas. I highly recommend this pet stroller.
