Fine. Latch fell off.
Fine enough I guess. But the bottom latch on the front door literally fell off, like completely detached and unusable. There’s two latches on each door, so it’s fine—I have a puppy, not a velociraptor (I’m pretty sure.) But I’m also no monster (in my own opinion only), but literally no one in this household is ripping doors from hinges, there’s no reason for this latch to just fall off, ya know?

Sharp edges/does not match photo
I have the 48 inch and have had it for one year. The metal bars begin to detach from where they were welded, just a few so far, but this has never happened on previous metal crates from other brands. Also, there are many sharp edges that do match the photo and my dog recently craped his nose twice so I am buying him a new crate from another brand.
