Product Description

A convenient system to offer 3/4 inch specially-formulated crickets. The natural choice for your reptile, amphibian or arachnid.

  • Full of protein, vitamins and minerals.
  • Contains a weeks worth of food and water.
  • Store in a dry room temperature location.
  • Open and place into your terarium until empty.

Feeding Instructions

Proper Sizing: Select crickets that are no larger than the space between your pet's eyes. This guideline helps prevent feeding difficulties and ensures the crickets are an appropriate size for your reptile to safely swallow whole.

Gut-Loading: Before offering the crickets to your pet, feed them a nutritious diet for at least 24 hours. Gut-loading enhances the crickets with vitamins and minerals, making them a richer food source.

Practice Feeding: Introduce the crickets into your reptile's enclosure, allowing your pet to hunt and consume them. This not only provides nutrition but also stimulates your reptile's natural hunting instincts. Feed as many crickets as your reptile can consume within five minutes to avoid overfeeding and potential waste.

Ingredients

Habitat and Care

Habitat and Care

Housing: Keep crickets in a well-ventilated container with smooth sides to prevent escape. Provide hiding spots with egg cartons or similar materials.

Temperature: Maintain a temperature range of 70-75°F to keep them active without overheating.

Feeding: Offer cricket food or fresh fruits and vegetables for gut-loading. Remove uneaten fresh food daily to prevent mold.

Hydration: Provide a shallow water dish with cotton or a sponge to prevent drowning, or use water gel products designed for feeder insects.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from MADE HER SICK! I bought a box and only 18 were alive. There were dead crickets between the walls with worms coming out of them. I didn't notice untill I broke the box down when only a handful came out. My bearded dragon has been very sick lately and hasn't eaten anything after these crickets. It's been almost a week. I am praying she pulls through.
