This cage is a menace to both humans + creatures
This cage is a menace to both humans and creatures! It took three educated adults over two hours to only *partially* assemble this insane Rubik's Cube of a cage—after which, it was so late, we had no other choice but to stuff towels in the remaining holes and hope our hamster survived the night. Nothing fit together the way it should and the black and white instructions were all but indecipherable. As noted, we only managed to get it 90% assembled, so our temporary towel solution resulted in our hamster escaping and almost being eaten during the night by a neighborhood cat. While I think I have above-average assembly skills, assembling this cage was an impossible task that three adults crazy and almost got our hamster killed. I have since found an infinitely better-quality cage for half the price. Because I don’t want any other pet owners to suffer as I did, this product needs to be redesigned or taken off the market.

What a disaster!
This was an absolute nightmare to put together. The directions weren't clear, pieces were breaking as we were trying to assemble it. Once we finally got it together it looked all crooked and I didn't feel comfortable putting our pet in there. it was way too small and had so many spaces that he could squeeze through. I returned it to the store and got a better , basic cage and all is well now. The staff was fantastic with my exchange. Very helpful and caring.
