DANGEROUS CAGE FOR DWARF HAMSTERS!
This cage should be banned for all dwarf hamsters!I bought 3 (which im returning)& put my Winter dwarf in one of them.Dwarfs can get out!!I mean adult dwarfs!The plastic tunnel on top is a death trap.If they can make it up onto the tunnel,when they get to the drop area they can't get out!The plastic is too slick & has no grasp for them to climb out!If you put any dwarf in this cage & you leave them..you will find a dead hamster in the plastic tunnel from not being able to get out of it to feed & drink!Not to mention the stress they go through when they see they have no way out!Thank God I decided to "test" this plastic area by putting my hammie in it & watching it!I had to pull apart the plastic area where he couldn't get out of!He was going crazy in a full panic when he tried multiple times to climb out but would slide back down!Please put a warning on this cage!This cage is NOT suitable for any type of dwarf or Syrian Mom's with babies!The babies can get out as well!I will be getting another enclosure suitable for my Winter Dwarf,Robo Hybrids & Regular Robos!

My pets confuse me.
My pets like the tubes. At first they didn't. Now they sleep,and spend most of their time in it. The rest of the cage is kinda obsolete now. The parts (the tubes) are very hard to put into place. The platforms that I had in my box along with the slide ramps were damaged and small portions were missing. I still use it instead of returning because I put too much effort into assembly.

Luxury hamster cage
We have had this cage for about a month now and it is really great. Our hamster is in a fancy paradise! He loves now deep the bottom is so that he can burrow in the thick wood chip layer. I will say that the cage is a bit big for our dwarf hamster and would be more suitable for a larger hamster. The dwarf hamster could not get up the tubes, so we removed those and now the cage seems much bigger and it is easier to take him in and out. I love how this cage is so versatile!

I absolutely love the metro cages !
Bought my first one about a month or so ago , went over very well with my hamster . Since then I’ve picked up 2 more and on my way to pick up another later . My hamsters love their metro cages !

Great home for a new pet
I bought this cage for a class pet hamster. I'm new to this pet but from what I've researched about what I need, this hamster home will work nicely. Also, this was by far the best price I found online or in nearby stores. I put it together by myself with the help of written directions and the video online. Not difficult at all. I think we will have a happy hamster!

Escaped Gerbil
While I loved the cage initially due to its size and features, one of our gerbils escaped twice within 2 weeks of having this cage! It must be squeezing through the metal part of the cage as there is no other area to do so!
